Buying:

After filling out the order form your items will automatically be put on hold for you. You will receive a email  with a list of the ordered item(s). Within 24 hours our shop will reply with a pro-forma with the total costs, including the ordered items and the shipping costs. After confirmation you will have 7 working days to make the payment.

If you are purchasing from “Art Deco Kaunas” under a company name please make sure your VAT number is filled out correctly.

As soon payment is confirmed we will send the ordered item(s) to the requested destination. Shipping:

All sold items are well packed for transport. Everything will be insured for the price it is sold for. We work with several transport companys and will find out the best price for your destination. Still if you prefer to ship with your own carrier, please specify the following information. Carrier name and service and your carrier account. We will send the weight and dimensions of the package.

Payments:
Bank transfers
Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) only for Lithuania

Refund:

Refund is possible and is offered if you are not satisfied wit your purchased items. A claim must be made within 10 days after receiving the item(s). The money will be transferred after we have received the item(s) in the same condition as they were when they were sent out from “Art Deco Kaunas”.
